人均预期寿命超过美国——以人民为中心发展观的重要体现

A Major Achievement of the People-centered Outlook China’s:Life Expectancy Exceeds that of the U.S.

本文聚焦包含经济增长、健康医疗、教育等因素的人类发展指数,运用归纳演绎和对比研究法,比较中国、印度、美国的人类发展指数,研究发现:人均收入高的国家,人均预期寿命与人均受教育程度往往会更高;中国人类发展指数已经全面超过印度,正是由于新中国成立以来中国始终坚持以人民为中心的发展观;中国人均预期寿命超过美国是以人民为中心发展观的最新成就与重要体现。

This paper focuses on the human development index including economic growth,health care and education,and compares the human development index of China,India and the United States with inductive deduction and comparative research method.The research finds that:Countries with high per capita income tend to have higher life expectancy and education level;China’s human development index has comprehensively surpassed India’s,because China has always adhered to the concept of people-centered development since the founding of New China;it is the latest achievement and embodiment of the concept of people-centered development that the average life expectancy in China has surpassed that in the United States.
