回转窑焚烧炉用刚玉基浇注料的性能比较

摘要 危险废物焚烧回转窑用耐火砖在使用中易出现局部损毁,耐火砖采购周期长,不能满足回转窑快速检修需求,利用浇注料代替耐火砖是必然趋势。以刚玉基浇注料为研究对象,分别制备刚玉莫来石质、铬刚玉质、锆刚玉质和刚玉尖晶石浇注料,研究其物理性能和抗侵蚀性能。结果表明:刚玉莫来石和含锆英石的刚玉浇注料抗渣侵蚀性能差,但含锆英石刚玉浇注料的热震稳定性好;刚玉尖晶石浇注料和铬刚玉浇注料具有较强的抗渣侵蚀性能,Cr_(2)O_(3)含量越高其抗侵蚀性能越好。 Refractory bricks for hazardous waste incineration rotary kilns are prone to partial damage in use,the procurement period of refractory bricks is long,which can not meet the rapid maintenance requiement of rotary kilns,and the use of castable instead of refractory bricks is an inevitable trend.The corundum-based castables are used as the research object.Corundum mullite,chromium corundum,zirconium corundum and corundum spinel castables have been prepared respectively,and their physical properties and corrosion resistance have been studied.The results show that corundum mullite and zircon-containing corundum castable have poor slag corrosion resistance,but zircon-containing corundum castable has good thermal shock resistance.Corundum spinel castable and chromium corundum castable have good slag resistance,and the corrosion resistance of slag is improved with an increase of Cr_(2)O_(3) content.
