壮医松筋术配合循筋烫熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Muscle loosing therapy of Zhuang Medicine combined with tendon ironing in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察壮医松筋术配合循筋烫熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将86例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例。对照组予壮药五藤祛风止痛方局部烫熨,观察组采用壮医松筋术及循筋烫熨(药物同对照组)疗法,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组治疗前后腰椎功能评分(JOA评分)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的改变情况,统计两组疗效并进行对比。结果:观察组、对照组的JOA评分分别为(25.12±3.63)分、(20.77±4.28)分,疼痛VAS评分分别为(2.70±1.30)分、(4.14±2.01)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为95.35%,对照组总有效率为76.74%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医松筋术配合循筋烫熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症能促进患者症状、体征改善,缓解疼痛,效果优于传统局部药熨疗法。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of muscle loosing therapy of Zhuang Medicine combined with tendon ironing in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation.Methods:Eighty-six patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into an observation group of 43 cases and a control group of 43 cases.The control group was treated by local ironing therapy with Zhuang medicine Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Prescription,while the observation group was treated by Muscle loosing therapy of Zhuang Medicine combined with tendon ironing with the same medication as the control group.The both groups were treated for 14 days.The changes in the JOA score and VAS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The JOA scores of the observation group and the control group were(25.12±3.63),(20.77±4.28),the VAS scores were(2.70±1.30),(4.14±2.01),respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,and that of the control group was 76.74%.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The muscle loosing therapy of Zhuang Medicine combined with tendon ironing can promote the improvement of symptoms and signs,relieve pain,and is more effective than traditional local medicated plaster therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
