模块化培训机制建设的探索与实践

摘要 党的二十大指出人才是第一资源。近年来,上至国家下到各省、市、企业越来越重视人才工作,人力资源的价值得到广泛认同。伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司作为新建煤制气企业,面临加快人才培养的迫切任务。为加快“人才强企”战略实施,促进员工队伍快速成长,企业围绕如何让岗位培训更有效,在教材开发、考试考核、内训师队伍建设、知识管理、岗位序列制定等方面积极推行模块化思路,不断探索和推动模块化培训机制建设,解决人员流失、人才供给、加快人才成长和激励机制的问题,为企业安全生产提供人才保障。 The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that talent is the primary resource.In recent years,from the country down to various provinces,cities,and enterprises,there has been an increasing emphasis on talent work,and the value of human resources has been widely recognized.As a newly established coal to gas enterprise,Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.is facing the urgent task of accelerating talent cultivation.In order to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of“strengthening the enterprise with talents”and promote the rapid growth of the employee team,the enterprise actively promotes modular thinking in textbook development,exam assessment,internal trainer team construction,knowledge management,and job sequence formulation,focusing on how to make job training more effective.It continuously explores and promotes the construction of modular training mechanisms to solve the problems of personnel turnover,talent supply,accelerating talent growth,and incentive mechanisms,provide talent guarantee for enterprise safety production.
