高效阴离子离子色谱-脉冲安培法测定食品中透明质酸钠含量

Determination of Sodium Hyaluronate in Food by High Performance Anion Exchange Chromatography with Pulsed Amperometric Detection

摘要 基于高效阴离子离子色谱-脉冲安培法,建立一种测定食品中透明质酸钠含量检测的新方法。结果表明:该方法在质量浓度为1~50 mg/L内具有良好的线性关系,R^(2)=0.9996。采用此方法对巧克力、饮料样品进行加标回收试验,回收率均在86.0%~120.0%,RSD在1.5%~3.9%之间,证明该方法精密度和准确度较高。检出限为3.2μg/kg,定量限为10μg/kg,能满足食品中透明质酸检测分析要求。 A rapid method for the determination of sodium hyaluronate in food was developed based on high performance anion chromatography with pulsed ampere method.The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1-50 mg/L,R^(2)=0.9996.The method was applied to the recovery of chocolate and beverage.The recovery rate was 86.0%-120.0%and RSD was 1.5%-3.9%.The detection line is 3.2μg/kg and the quantitative limit is 10μg/kg,which can meet the requirements of the detection and analysis of hyaluronic acid in food and provide reference for the supervision of sodium hyaluronate in food.
