With the high-quality development of smart energy in China,smart gas plays an important role.Compared to traditional gas,smart gas has advantages such as digitization,intelligence,and informatization.This article summarizes the technical application directions in common fields of smart gas,including construction direction,operation direction,metering direction,and inspection direction,and describes the development characteristics and shortcomings of each direction.
