基于风险的化工过程安全管控实践

化工行业作为我国基础产业,化工企业转型升级过程中也面临着一些安全管理问题。由于化工生产本身存在较大的危险性,并且在生产过程中通常用到很多易燃、易爆等危险品,对化工企业安全生产与工作人员的生命造成巨大威胁。因此强化化工安全管理,实行过程安全管理已成为新时代越来越多化工企业重要的管理方向。文章基于风险管理理念,通过对化工企业生产过程中面临的安全管理问题进行分析,并指出了针对性的安全管理应对策略,重点是提高化工企业人员的生命安全保障,通过安全生产与操作,推动化工企业持久稳定发展。

Chemical industry as one of China’s basic industries,chemical enterprises in the process of transformation and upgrading also face many safety management problems,because chemical production itself has greater danger,and in the production process usually use a lot of flammable,explosive and other dangerous goods,chemical enterprises safety production and staff life caused a huge threat.Therefore,strengthening the concept of chemical safety management and implementing process safety management has become an important management direction for more and more chemical enterprises in new era.Based on the concept of risk management,this paper analyzes the safety management problems faced by chemical enterprises in the production process and points out targeted safety management response strategies,focusing on improving the life safety of relevant personnel of chemical enterprises,and promoting the long-term and stable development of chemical enterprises through safe production and operation.
