安全风险管理对生产性企业至关重要,同时也是企业在经营管理中重要的环节。文章通过对安全风险管控进行介绍,对风险管控的一般流程进行了叙述,将风险单元划分、风险识别、风险评价分级、指定管控措施和措施评估的方法进行了对比分析,并针对风险管控提出事前、事中、事后三种管控措施,来提高风险防控的有效性。

Security risk management is very important for productive enterprises,and it is also an important links in the operation and management of enterprises.This paper introduces the security risk control,describes the general process of risk control,compares and analyzes the risk unit division,risk identification,risk evaluation grading,designated control measures and measures evaluation methods,and puts forward three control measures before,during and after risk control to improve the effectiveness of risk prevention and control.
