摘要
文章通过运用AUTOCAD、ANSYS等软件,分别对聚丙烯环管反应器进行了二维工程图的建立、三维模型的建立以及网格划分。最后在数学模型的建立与边界条件的设定后,通过运用流体力学软件对三维模型进行求解计算,通过对求解计算后得到的聚丙烯环管反应器内部的流场流线图、速度矢量图、速度云图、压力云图以及湍动能云图进行研究与分析,以实现对聚丙烯环管反应器内部流体流场特性研究的目的。
In this paper,through the use of AUTOCAD,ANSYS and other software,the polypropylene loop reactor for the establishment of two-dimensional engineering drawing,three-dimensional model and mesh division.Finally in the establishment of the mathematical model and boundary conditions are set,we use the three-dimensional d model is solved using fluid mechanics software calculation,calculated by solving for the polypropylene with loop reactor internal flow field in the form of flow chart,the velocity vector diagram and velocity contours and stress nephogram and turbulent kinetic energy contours for research and analysis.The purpose of this study is to study the characteristics of fluid flow field in polypropylene loop reactor.
