运用大数据助力惠企服务的探索与实践

Use Big Data to Help the Exploration and Practice of Preferential Enterprise Services

大数据已经成为惠企政策落实兑现的重要影响因素。以济宁市惠企通服务平台为研究对象,针对惠企服务政策与举措落实落地存在的问题,通过运用大数据技术,搭建“一体化”惠企服务平台,成为惠企服务直达基层、直达企业的新模式,实现惠企+政策的“免申即享”“不来即享”。基于惠企通服务平台对政策落地兑现模式的影响,就建设模式、存在问题、运行机制等进行探索与实践。

Big data has become an important factor influencing the implementation of preferential enterprise policies.Taking the Huiqitong service platform in Jining City as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation of Huiqitong service policies and measures,through the use of big data technology,the integrated Huiqitong service platform has been built,becoming a new mode of Huiqitong service reaching the grassroots and enterprises directly,and realizing the"enjoy without application"and" enjoy without commg"of Huiqitong policy.Based on the influence of Huiqitong service platform on the implementation mode of policies,we explored and practiced the construction mode,existing problems,operation mechanism,etc.
