第四次工业革命已经到来,工业互联网是其发展的关键支撑。将5G技术和工业互联网充分融合形成“5G+工业互联网”,不仅能够充分发挥信息技术的应用优势,还能产生叠加倍增的效应,推动制造业的数字化转变。当前工业网络的整合也已经开始向以太网化发展,下一步的IP化、无线化和基于边缘计算的算网融合会成为业界的共识。文章基于5G+在工业互联网中的主要应用场景,结合华晨宝马铁西工厂EMS电动单轨输送系统的波导通信正在由西门子和联通合作向5G迁移的案例,总结从核心网、承载网、无线网的高可靠性建设保障宝马EMS项目成功测试上线经验,探讨在5G行业专网下工业互联网应用的融合之路。

The fourth industrial revolution has arrived,and the industrial Internet is the key support for its development.The full integration of 5G technology and industrial Internet to fonn"5G+industrial Internet"can not only give full play to the application advantages of information technology but also produce a multiplier effect and promote the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.At present,the integration of industrial network has also begun to develop to Ethernet,and the next step of IR wireless and computing network fusion based on edge computing will become the consensus of the industry.This paper is based on 5G+in the main application scenarios in the Internet,combined with brilliance BMW I factory EMS electric monorail transmission system waveguide communication is by Siemens and unicorn cooperation to 5G migration case,summarized from the core network,bearing network,wireless network construction of high reliability guarantee BMW EMS project successful test online experience,discusses the 5G industry private network integration of industrial Internet applications.
