高校“三全心育”工作中的短板问题与优化路径

Shortcomings and Optimization Path in the Work of ThreeAll-Round Psychological Education in Colleges and Universities

将“三全育人”要求落实到高校心理育人工作中,既是完成立德树人根本任务的必然要求,也是改进、优化、创新当前心育工作方法以及全面提升育人水平的现实需要。全面审视高校“三全心育”工作中现存的干预救助精度不高、教育活动效度不佳、教改创新深度不够和载体利用广度不足等短板问题,系统构建“三位一体”的干预救助体系、“三色凸显”的预防教育体系、“三改融合”的质量建设体系和“三维共育”的渗透熏陶体系,有助于全面提升高校心育工作水平。

Implementing the requirements of Three All-round Education in psychological education in colleges and universities is not only an inevitable requirement for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,but also a realistic need for improving,optimizing and innovating the current methods of psychological education and comprehensively improving the level of education.However,there are some shortcomings in the work of Three All-round Psychological Education in colleges and universities,such as low accuracy of intervention and rescue,low effectiveness of educational activities,insufficient depth of educational reform and innovation,and limited scope of carrier utilization.Based on a comprehensive study of the problems,this paper proposes the systematic construction of a collaborative intervention and rescue system,a distinctive preventive education system,an integrated quality assurance system,and a three-dimensional infiltration and edification system,which will help to comprehensively improve the level of psychological education in colleges and universities.
