载荷对轮胎受力及驻波仿真的影响分析

摘要 为了给轮胎的设计研发和轮胎的合理性评价提供依据,分析了载荷对轮胎受力及驻波仿真的影响。以某子午线轮胎为研究对象,在SolidWorks软件中建立橡胶层、帘布层、带束层、补强层、钢丝实体模型,然后导入Abaqus软件中建立有限元模型;在不同载荷下对轮胎进行动态仿真分析,得出轮胎帘布层帘线的受力分布云图,获取轮胎在不同载荷下所能承受的最大应力数据;给轮胎加载不同速度,直至出现驻波现象,得出不同载荷下轮胎的极限驻波速度。根据仿真数据分析,发现载荷对轮胎性能的影响较大,载荷越大,轮胎帘布层帘线所承受的最大应力越大,轮胎的极限驻波速度越小。 In order to provide a basis for tire design,research and development,and rationality evaluation,the effects of load on tire forces and standing wave simulation are analyzed.Taking a radial tire as the research object,this paper first builds solid models of rubber layer,cord layer,belt layer,reinforcement layer and steel wire in SolidWorks,then imports them into Abaqus to establish a finite element model,and finally performs a dynamic simulation analysis on the tire under different loads to obtain the force distribution cloud diagram of the tire cord and the maximum stress data that the tire can bear under different loads.The tire is loaded at different speeds until the standing wave phenomenon occurs,thus obtaining its limiting standing wave speed under different loads.After analyzing the simulation data,it is found that the load has a greater effect on the performance of the tire.The higher the load,the higher the maximum stress carried by the tire cord,and the lower the limiting speed at which the tire s standing wave occurs.
