摘要
教师专业素质是教师队伍建设中的核心要素,职业精神、专业知识、专业技能是其基本内涵。从学前教育到高等教育,社会对教师职业精神的要求普遍且一致,对教师专业知识的要求逐渐提高,对教师专业技能的要求则逐渐降低。新时代教师专业素质存在的主要问题是:教师职业精神不令人满意;中小学教师专业知识相对不足;大学教师专业技能相对欠缺。新时代教师专业素质的优化路径是:强化教师职业精神;协同发展专业知识与专业技能,提高中小学教师综合素质;强化教学职能和人才培养,提升大学教师专业技能。
The professional quality of teachers is a comprehensive feature in the construction of a teacher team.Professional spirit,professional knowledge and professional skills are the basic connotation of teachers'professional quality.From preschool education to higher education,society has generally and consistently demanded professional spirit from teachers,with gradually increasing demands on professional knowledge and gradually decreasing demands on professional skills.In the new era,there are some major problems in the structure of teachers'professional quality:teachers'professional spirit is not satisfactory;primary and secondary school teachers'professional skills are valued,but their professional knowledge is relatively insufficient;university teachers have a high level of professional knowledge,but their professional skills are relatively insufficient.In the new era,there are several ways to optimize teachers'professional quality:strengthening the cultivation of professional spirit among teachers at all levels;developing the professional knowledge and skills of primary and secondary school teachers,and improving their comprehensive quality;strengthening the teaching function and talent training function of the university,and improving the professional skills of university teachers.
