省属公费师范生违约行为研究——基于对山东省高校公费师范生的扎根理论分析

Empirical Analysis of China International “Internet Plus” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for College Students

省属公费师范生群体是各省发展乡村教育的主要力量,近年来随着师范生公费教育政策的发展,越来越多的公费师范生走上履约服务的岗位,其违约行为引发的问题也逐渐凸显。本研究以山东省某委培高校违约的公费生师范生为研究对象,基于扎根理论分析发现省属师范生违约行为的类型主要包括:“‘初心’不改”的行为、“从无到有”的转变;影响违约行为发生的因素主要包括:政策引力、职业认同、关键事件和人格特质。据此提出完善公费师范生政策,提高政策引力与约束力;多方联动,切实提高公费师范生乡村教师职业认同水平;以关键事件为抓手,牢固公费师范生从教意识的建议。

The China International "Internet Plus" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for College Students has already become the educational practice platform in cultivating the abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship and inspecting the competitiveness in colleges and universities. Statistics and analysis on data of this competition from 2015 to 2021 show that the competitiveness has entirely substantial growth while presents regional disequilibrium pattern;the competitiveness of universities at different levels preforms track differentiation;the competition shows obvious preference of project types and theme assembly. Hence the Innovation and entrepreneurship competitions ought to uphold throughout core cultivating the abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship of students, enriching multivariate project types and forms of entries, constantly prompt balanced development of the competitiveness in different districts and universities and colleges.
