摘要
带式焙烧机生产熔剂性球团矿初期,低温还原粉化指标不理想,严重影响高炉配加球团矿比例。从原料条件、配矿结构、焙烧制度、球团矿成分等方面进行了技术研究,低温还原粉化指标RDI_(+6.3mm)、RDI_(+3.15mm)分别由最初的65%、80%提高至80%、90%,RDI_(-0.5mm)由15%降至8%以下。
At the initial stage of producing flux pellets by belt roaster,the low-temperature reduction pulverization index is not ideal,which seriously affects the proportion of pellets added to blast furnace.The company has made technical breakthroughs in terms of raw material conditions,ore blending structure,roasting system,pellet composition and so on.The low-temperature reduction pulverization indexes RDI+6<3nim,RDI+315nun and RDI_o.5nim have been increased from 65%,80%and 15%to 80%,90%and 8%respectively.
