重点对梅钢2号高炉烘炉、装料、开炉、达产的实践进行了总结。2号高炉停炉检修,进行炉缸整体浇筑、本体部分冷却设备进行更换、新建一座顶燃式热风炉、干法除尘系统改造以及新增烟气脱硫系统等。通过制定合理的烘炉、开炉方案,高炉顺利开炉、快速达产。

The practice of baking,charging,blowing-in and reaching the design capacity of No.2 blast furnace of Meigang is summarized.During the blowing-out and maintenance of No.2 blast furnace,the furnace hearth was integral poured,some of the cooling equipment of the furnace stack was replaced,a top combustion hot blast stove was built,the dry dust removal system was reformed and the flue gas desulfurization system was added.By making reasonable plan for baking furnace and blowing-in,the blast furnace can blow-in smoothly and reach the design capacity quickly.
