样品加工质量对磁性能检测的影响及应对措施

摘要 为满足GB/T 3655—2008[1]中“样片应使用不产生明显边缘毛刺的方法剪切”的要求,通过优化取样流程,采用人工划线法、剪板机剪切法进行了试验,通过问题调查、原因分析、查找主要因素、采取有效的措施,使得对样品加工[2]质量的影响得以改善,却未达到理想效果。随后,又针对冲压的方法进行了探索,经效果验证,采用冲压法得到的样品对电磁材料磁性能检测精度的影响最小。冲压法的使用,既提升了样品加工质量,又提高了样品加工效率,还保证了检测数据的精确度。 In order to meet the requirements of GB/T 3655—2008[1]that"samples should be cut using the method without obvious edge burrs",the author carried out experiments by optimizing the sampling process,using manual scribing method and shearing machine shearing method,and through problem investigation,cause analysis,finding the main factors,and taking effective measures,the impact on the quality of sample processing[2]was improved,but the ideal effect was not achieved,later,the author explored the stamping method,and verified that the sample obtained by the stamping method had the least impact on the magnetic property detection accuracy of electromagnetic materials.The use of stamping method not only improves the quality of sample processing,but also improves the efficiency of sample processing,and also ensures the accuracy of the detection data.
