摘要
受环保管控影响,安钢焦炉周转时间被迫大幅延长,同时为保证煤气管网压力稳定,降低配合煤成本,通过优化调整配煤结构,降低焦肥煤比例,提高瘦煤配比及焦炉热工制度的调整,在保证焦炭质量稳定的前提下,实现了配合煤成本的有效降低。
Affected by environmental protection control,the turnover time of coke oven in Anyang Steel was forced to be greatly extended,and at the same time,in order to ensure the stability of the pressure of the gas pipeline network and reduce the cost of coal,by optimizing and adjusting the coal blending structure,reducing the ratio of coke and fertilizer coal,improving the ratio of thin coal and the adjustment of coke oven thermal system,the effective reduction of the combined coal cost is realized under the premise of ensuring the stability of coke quality.
