废钢收得率的准确测定与价效评价

ACCURATE DETERMINATION OF SCRAP YIELD AND PRICE-EFFICIENCY EVALUATION OF SCRAP

影响废钢收得率测定准确性的主要因素有计量误差、工艺波动。为减少各因素对试验结果的影响,通过对比试验的方法测定和计算废钢的收得率。结果表明,通过对比试验可以较准确地测定废钢的收得率,收得率的测定误差在±0.5%~1.0%。根据收得率试验数据,结合热平衡与物料平衡提出了对废钢进行价效对比分析的方法,可作为转炉钢铁料结构优化和确定废钢采购价格的依据。

The main factors of the accuracy of scrap yield determination include measurement error and process fluctuation.In order to reduce the influence of various factors mentioned above on the test results,the yield of scrap was measured and calculated by contrast test.The results show that the yield of scrap can be measured accurately by contrast test,and the error of yield determination is within±0.5%~1.0%.According to the yield test data combined with heat balance and material balance,the method of price efficiency evaluation of scrap was presented,which can be used as the basis for optimizing the converter steel structure and determining the purchase price of scrap.
