摘要
针对挂车腹板工艺孔开裂的问题,采用光学显微镜、万能试验机等设备对材料进行力学性能、组织和夹杂物检测,并结合用户现场设备状况,分析造成开裂的主要原因,提出相应的改进措施。结果表明:等离子切割缺陷是造成工艺孔后期翻边开裂的主要原因,通过对等离子切割设备的优化和调整、保持冲压模具清洁等,可避免工艺孔后期翻边开裂。
In view of the problem of auxiliary hole cracking of trailer web,optical microscope,the mechanical properties,microstructure and inclusion of the material are tested by means of optical microscope,universal testing machine and other equipment,the main causes of cracking of the user site equipment are analyzed combined with the condition of the user*s equipment on site,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the plasma cutting defect is the main cause of the flanging crack of the auxiliary hole existed in the later stage.Through the optimization and adjustment of the plasma cutting equipment,the cracking of the auxiliary hole can be avoided.
