DN患者血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R与炎症因子及脂质代谢的相关性研究 被引量:1

Correlation of serum sICAM-1, sCD146 and sIL-2R levels with the inflammatory factors and lipid metabolism in DN patients

摘要 目的研究糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、可溶性CD146(sCD146)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)与炎症因子及脂质代谢之间的相关性。方法选取本院2019年1月至2022年1月收治的212例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其中合并肾病的患者列入DN组(100例),将未合并肾病的患者列入试验组(112例),同时选取同期112例健康体检者作为对照组。对比三组受试者的血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、脂质代谢指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)];采用Pearson分析血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R与炎症因子和脂质代谢指标的相关性。结果DN组的血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于试验组和对照组(均P<0.05);与对照组比较,DN组和试验组的血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、TC、TG、LDL-C水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与试验组比较,DN组患者的血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、TC、TG、LDL-C水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R与炎症因子IL-6、CRP、TNF-α以及脂质代谢指标TC、TG、LDL-C均呈正相关(均P<0.001)。结论DN患者的血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R表达明显增加,血清sICAM-1、sCD146、sIL-2R的表达水平与炎症因子及脂质代谢之间存在明显的相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM-1),soluble CD146(sCD146),and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)levels with inflammatory factors and lipid metabolism in diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods A total of 212 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.Among them,patients with nephropathy were included in the DN group(100 cases),and patients without nephropathy were included in the experimental group(112 cases).At the same time,112 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Then various parameters were compared,including sICAM-1,sCD146,sIL-2R,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and lipid metabolism indicators[total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)].Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum sICAM-1,sCD146,sIL-2R and inflammatory factors and lipid metabolism indicators.Results The levels of serum sICAM-1,sCD146,sIL-2R,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,TC,TG and LDL-C in DN group were higher than those in experimental group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of sICAM-1,sCD146,sIL-2R,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,TC,TG and LDL-C in the DN group and the experimental group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group,the serum levels of sICAM-1,sCD146,sIL-2R,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,TC,TG and LDL-C in the DN group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Serum sICAM-1,sCD146,sIL-2R levels were positively correlated with inflammatory factors IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,and lipid metabolism indicators TC,TG,LDL-C(all P<0.001).Conclusions The levels of serum sICAM-1,sCD146 and sIL-2R in patients with diabetic nephropathy are significantly increased,and there is a significant correlation between the expression levels of serum sICAM-1,sCD146 and sIL-2R and inflammatory factors and lipid metabolism.
