UF-5000全自动尿沉渣分析仪在尿液结晶检测中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过比较分析UF-5000全自动尿沉渣分析仪(简称UF-5000)对尿液的结晶标记参数和人工镜检结果,评价UF-5000检测尿液结晶的性能。方法收集南方医科大学附属广东省人民医院2021年9月至2021年11月收治的1046例患者的晨尿,采用UF-5000对尿液样本进行检测,并采用人工镜检对结晶和其他有形成分进行观察。结果UF-5000的结晶检测阳性率低于人工镜检,差异有统计学意义[9.37%(98/1046)vs.12.91%(135/1046),P<0.05]。以人工镜检结果为标准,UF-5000检测尿液结晶的灵敏度为68.89%,特异度为99.45%,阳性预测值为94.90%,阴性预测值为95.57%。结论UF-5000检测尿液结晶具有较好的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值,可为尿液结晶筛查提供很大的帮助。 Objective To evaluate the preformance of UF-5000 on urine crystal detection,the results of UF-5000 automated urinary sediment analyzer(UF-5000)and manual microscopy were analyzed.Methods A total of 1046 urine samples were collected from September to November 2021 in Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital,all the urine samples were determined by UF-5000 and manual microscopy.Results The positive rate of UF-5000 was lower than manual microscopy on detecting urine crystal,the difference was statistically significant[9.37%(98/1046)vs.12.91%(135/1046),P<0.05].The results of manual microscopy were taken as the standard,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of UF-5000 in the detection of urine crystal were 68.89%,99.45%,94.90%,and 95.57%respectively.Conclusions UF-5000 on urine crystal detection has good sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value.UF-5000 offers great help to the screening of urine crystal.
