基于过街楼空间原理的学校建筑整合设计研究

摘要 过街楼作为特殊的建筑类型,运用范围较为普遍。本文旨在厘清学校建筑过街楼的概念,梳理学校建筑过街楼的组合方式和空间功能。运用建筑类型学对学校建筑过街楼的空间布局、空间特性、空间功能进行分类,结合田野调查法和文献研究整合法进行深入探讨。通过上述分析,以上海理工大学为设计载体,论证过街楼空间原理在学校建筑中的整合设计研究。过街楼往往是连接两栋独立建筑的“桥梁”,一般采用一字型、H型和L型的组合方式,以串联的设计形式穿插悬挑于学校主体建筑之间,整合校园建筑群组。过街楼本体空间的多元组合方式以及有效整合方法,为学校建筑过街楼在改造设计中的空间需求与复杂行为提供有效的解决方案,过街楼空间原理在学校建筑的运用研究中具有重要价值。 As a special building type,the application of the cross-street building is more common.This paper aims to clarify the concept of cross-street buildings in school buildings and to sort out the combination methods and spatial functions of these buildings.This paper uses architectural typology to classify the spatial layout,spatial characteristics and spatial functions of school building crossing blocks,and makes an in-depth discussion by combining field investigation and literature research integration.Based on the case study of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,this paper demonstrates the integrated design research of the principle of cross-street building space in school buildings.The cross-street building is often a"bridge"connecting two independent buildings.It generally adopts the combination of one-character,H-type,and L-type,and overhangs between the main buildings of the school in a series design form to integrate the campus building group.The multiple combination method and effective integration method of the ontology space of the cross-street building provide effective solutions for the space demand and complex behavior of the school building in the reconstruction design of the street building.The principle of the cross-street building space is of great value in the application research of the school building.This paper aims to clarify the concept of school building crossing the street and sort out the combination of school building crossing the street and spacefunction.
