宁夏基层医疗机构就诊选择人群特征研究——基于关联规则挖掘分析

Study on the Characteristics of the Population Selected for Primary Medical Institutions in Ningxia——Based on Association Rule Mining Analysis

目的:研究宁夏选择基层医疗机构就诊的人群特征,对提升基层就诊率提出思考建议。方法:以1171位城乡居民为研究对象,针对基层就诊人群特征进行单因素分析和关联规则挖掘分析。结果:单因素分析显示,基层就诊人群的显著性变量包括个体特征因素(7个)、健康需要因素(4个)、医疗机构因素(12个)和政策认知因素(6个);关联规则挖掘分析提示,有配偶、初中及以下学历、关注就医距离近、偏好候诊时间短的人群更倾向于选择基层医疗机构就诊,其支持度为20.15%,置信度为88.14%。结论:加大相关政策宣传力度,提高基层医疗机构的诊疗水平和服务能力,有效引导居民基层就诊,从而提高基层就诊率。

Objective To analyze the population characteristics of Ningxia residents'choice of primary medical treatment,and to provide decision-making reference for further improving the ability of primary medical service.Methods Using 1171 urban and rural residents as the research object,single factor analysis and association rule mining analysis were applied to analyze population characteristics.Results Single factor analysis showed that significant variables included individual characteristic factors(7),health needs factors(4),medical institution factors(12),and policy cognition factors(6).Association rule mining analysis suggested that individuals with spouses,junior high school education or below,close medical attention,and short waiting time preferences were more likely to choose primary medical institutions for treatment,with a support level of 20.15% and a confidence level of 88.14%.Conclusion We should increase the publicity of relevant policies,improve the diagnosis and treatment level and service capacity of primary medical institutions,guide the residents to seek medical treatment at primary medical institutions,and increase the visiting rate of primary medical institutions.
