公立医院实施DRG支付的问题及路径改善研究

Study on the Problems and Improvement Path of Implementing DRG Payment in Public Hospitals

以A市13家公立医院为调研样本,采用调查问卷、实地走访、交流座谈、资料查阅等方式,收集整理2020—2021年DRG支付实施以来的病案数据、病种结构、医疗科室业务运营和绩效考核等情况,分析DRG支付对医院运营管理产生的重要影响,提出公立医院实施DRG支付的改善路径:提高病案首页填写质量,开展病种资源消耗分析,提高成本管理水平,规范诊疗行为。

Taking 13 public hospitals in A city as research samples,this article collects medical record data,disease type structure,business operations and performance evaluation of medical department since the implementation of DRG payment from 2020 to 2021,by survey questionnaires,on-site visits,exchange discussions,and information retrieval.This article analyzes the important impact of DRG payment on hospital operation and management,and proposes improvement paths for public hospitals to implement DRG payment,such as improving the quality of medical record homepage filling,conducting analysis of disease resource consumption,improving cost management level,and standardizing diagnosis and treatment behavior.
