摘要
地铁目前已成为城市交通重要的运输工具,在城市交通中发挥着不可替代的作用。地铁空间封闭、结构复杂、人员密集、逃生疏散困难,一旦发生事故将严重影响人民群众生命财产安全。本文以天津市地铁为研究对象,在前期充分调研的基础上,结合工作实际,梳理了天津市地铁应急体系建设运行情况,并对地铁应急体系存在的问题进行分析,提出了相关建议。
Subway has become an important means of transportation in urban traffic.The subway is closed in space,complex in structure,densely populated,and difficult to escape.Once an accident occurs,it will seriously affect the safety of people’s lives and property.Taking Tianjin Metro as the research background,this paper concludes the construction and operation of the subway emergency system,analyzes the problems existing in the subway emergency system,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the basis of early full research and combined with the actual practice.
