进一步提升技术、管理水平促进电池回收产业健康有序发展

摘要 在碳达峰、碳中和的大背景下,第一批使用的动力锂电池面临着大量的回收要求。国家能源署做过相关预测,未来10年动力电池回收行业的规模将达到1648亿元,或成为一个新的爆发行业。巨大的市场空间吸引越来越多企业进入原本冷清的动力电池回收赛道,其中注册资本200万元以下的电池回收相关企业占46.5%,这意味着新涌入的企业绝大多数是小作坊式企业。很多小作坊缺乏环保意识和污染处理能力,无序竞争和环保隐患等问题凸显,因此动力电池回收行业亟须告别野蛮生长,促进其健康有序发展尤为紧迫。 Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the first batch of power lithium batteries used face a large number of recycling requirements.The National Energy Administration has made relevant predictions that the scale of the power battery recycling industry will reach 164.8 billion yuan in the next 10 years,or become a new explosive industry.The huge market space has attracted more and more enterprises to enter the previously desolate power battery recycling track,with 46.5%of battery recycling related enterprises with a registered capital of less than 2 million yuan,which means that the vast majority of newly influx enterprises are small workshop style enterprises.Many small workshops lack environmental awareness and pollution treatment capabilities,and problems such as disorderly competition and environmental hazards are prominent.Therefore,the power battery recycling industry urgently needs to bid farewell to its barbaric growth and promote its healthy and orderly development.
