太阳能相变蓄热炕热工性能模拟

摘要 将高导热复合相变材料应用于太阳能水暖炕,以缩短太阳能水暖炕的热响应时间,实现速热;通过CFD对太阳能相变蓄热炕的炕体单元建立三维非稳态传热模型,对炕体的热工性能进行模拟分析;结果表明:太阳能相变蓄热炕完成蓄热的时间为1200 s,在未采取供暖的房间内能维持垫面温度293-295.8 K,放热时长在15 h左右,通过温控开关控制可较好地实现周期性蓄热。 Applying high thermal conductivity composite phase change materials to solar water heating kang to shorten its thermal response time and achieve rapid heating;Establish a three-dimensional unsteady heat transfer model for the brick bed body unit of a solar phase change heat storage brick bed using CFD,and simulate and analyze the thermal performance of the brick bed body;The results show that the solar phase change heat storage brick bed can complete heat storage in 1200 seconds,maintain a surface temperature of 293-295.8 K in rooms without heating,and release heat for about 15 hours.Periodic heat storage can be achieved well through temperature control switch control.
