New Intelligent Electric Aspirator Based on OpenHarmony

摘要 针对传统吸痰器操作繁琐、智能化程度低、无吸痰计时功能等问题,设计了一款基于OpenHarmony操作系统的智能电动吸痰器,以满足不同场景、年龄段病人的吸痰需求。该仪器硬件以华为海思Hi3861为主控核心,设计外围驱动电路控制负压泵运行,使用气压传感器实时监测气路负压,结合电磁泄压阀实现过压保护功能。软件基于OpenHarmony操作系统,通过任务调度、状态机等机制运行设备,使用移动平均算法预处理气压传感器数据,结合阈值算法识别打开吸痰管的动作并对吸痰操作计时。通过比较不同阈值算法表明,动态双阈值识别法具有较好的识别效果,识别延迟为440ms,系统具备较高的稳定性和可靠性,提高了电动吸痰器的智能化水平,具有广阔的应用前景。 In response to the problems of cumbersome operation,low intelligence and no suction timing function of traditional aspirators,an intelligent electric aspirator based on OpenHarmony operating system is designed and implemented to meet the suction needs of patients in dif‐ferent scenarios and age groups.The hardware of this instrument is mainly controlled by Huawei Hisi Hi3861,and a peripheral drive circuit is designed to control the operation of the negative pressure pump.A pressure sensor is used to monitor the negative pressure of the gas path in re‐al-time,and an electromagnetic pressure relief valve is used to achieve overpressure protection function.The software is based on the Open‐Harmony operating system,running devices through mechanisms such as task scheduling and state machines.It uses a moving average algo‐rithm to preprocess pressure sensor data,and combines threshold algorithm to identify the action of opening the suction tube and time the suc‐tion operation.By comparing different threshold algorithms,it is shown that the dynamic dual threshold recognition method has good recogni‐tion performance,with a recognition delay of 440ms.The system has high stability and reliability,improves the intelligence level of the elec‐tric sputum aspirator,and has broad application prospects.
