基于物联网的育肥猪舍环境适宜性评价系统研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 为准确评价育肥猪舍环境状况,设计包含3层架构的基于物联网的猪舍环境远程监测系统。感知层以PLC为主控制器,通过百叶箱传感器检测猪舍内部温度、湿度和有害气体浓度等环境参数,并将其显示在触摸屏中;传输层采用GPRS实现远程数据传输;应用层采用Visual Studio开发上位机服务器软件与Android手机客户端,远程监控猪舍环境。同时,建立猪舍模糊综合评价模型,制定猪舍环境适宜性评价标准,利用模糊层次分析法确定评价因素指标权重,使用π型函数作为隶属度函数。对江苏省宜兴市某生猪养殖场育肥猪舍环境适宜性进行模糊综合评价,结果表明该模型可为猪舍环境提前预警与控制提供科学依据。 In order to accurately evaluate the environmental status of fattening pig houses,a remote monitoring system of pig house environ‐ment based on the Internet of Things,including a three-layer architecture,was designed.The sensing layer uses PLC as the main controller,and detects the environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity and harmful gas concentration inside the pig house through the shutter box sensor,and displays them on the touch screen.GPRS is used in the transmission layer to realize remote data transmission.The application layer uses Visual Studio to develop the upper computer server software and Android mobile phone client to remotely monitor the piggery environment.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the pigsty is established,the evaluation criteria of the environmental suitability of the pigsty are formulated,the weights of the evaluation factors are determined by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the[π]type function is used as the membership function.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the environmental suitability of a pig farm in Yixing City,Jiangsu Province,the results show that the model can provide scientific basis for early warning and control of the pig farm environment.
