摘要
[目的]为了探究当前支护设计的合理性,减小巷道的变形,使工程顺利进行。[方法]本研究以新集二矿某巷道作为工程背景,运用FlAC3D软件对三条巷道进行模拟分析,并对预计的支护设计方案进行数值模拟。[结果]最终得出三条巷道整体支护效果良好,变形量在合理范围内,但个别巷道受掘进、采动影响变形破坏较严重。[结论]针对此结果应单独加强后期补强支护,以使该支护设计方案在项目中可以达到预期效果。
[Purposes]In order to explore the rationality of the current support design,reduce the deformation of the roadway and make the project proceed smoothly.[Methods]In this study,a roadway in Xinji No.2 Mine was used as the engineering background.The three roadways were simulated and analyzed by using FlAC3D software,and the expected support design scheme was used for numerical simulation.[Find⁃ings]Finally,it is concluded that the overall support effect of the three roadways is good,and the deformation is within a reasonable range,but the deformation and failure of individual roadways are serious due to excavation and mining.[Conclusions]In view of this result,the later reinforcement support is strengthened separately,so that the support design scheme can achieve the expected effect in the project.
