“三软”特厚煤层巷道锚网支护技术与实践

摘要 [目的]针对焦家寨煤矿特厚煤层完整性差、松散易冒顶等突出问题,分析影响顶板冒漏的主要因素。[方法]通过现场煤层可锚性测试,确定了锚网支护的可行性;提出了长短锚索层次控制技术,优化了巷道支护方式;采用顶板超前“龙骨”预支护结构,有效防止顶煤漏冒。[结果]现场实践表明:顶板锚索受力稳定,支护效果良好,防止了顶板冒漏现象。顶底板最大移近量156 mm,两帮最大移近量82 mm,巷道变形量均在允许范围内。[结论]本研究成功实现了“三软”特厚煤层的锚网索应用。 [Purposes]In view of the outstanding problems such as poor integrity of the extra-thick coal seam and loose roof falling in Jiaojiazhai Coal Mine,the main factors affecting roof leakage are analyzed.[Methods]The feasibility of bolt-net support is confirmed by the on-site test of coal seam anchoring;The layer control technology of long and short anchor cables is put forward to optimize the roadway support mode;The roof advanced"keel"pre-support structure is adopted to effectively prevent top coal leakage.[Findings]The field practice shows that the roof anchor cable has stable stress,good support effect and prevents roof leakage.The maximum displacement of the roof and floor is 156 mm,the maximum displacement of the two sides is 82mm,and the roadway deformation is within the allowable range.[Conclu⁃sions]The application of the anchor mesh cable in the"three soft"extra-thick coal seam has been successfully realized.
