摘要
[目的]在长大隧道施工中,洞内往往通风效果差或不足,其施工环境很差,严重影响作业人员健康及机械设备安全。[方法]为研究长大隧道多阶段复杂组合式通风,以贵南铁路大方山隧道为工程背景,采用理论计算的手段,对隧道出口不同阶段通风方案进行设计分析。[结果]结果表明:隧道出口采用三阶段设计方案可以满足洞内通风要求;通过PVC增强维纶布风管和拉链式接头制作的风管可以很好地降低漏风率,适当增加风管直径可大幅降低风阻影响。[结论]研究结果可为类似工程安全施工提供借鉴与参考。
[Purposes]In the construction of long tunnels,poor or insufficient ventilation often leads to poor construction environment,which seriously affects the health of operators and the safety of machinery and equipment.[Methods]In order to study the multi-stage complex combined ventilation of long and large tunnels,this paper takes the Dafangshan Tunnel of Guinan Railway as the engineering background to analyze the ventilation schemes at different stages of the tunnel exit were designed and analyzed using theoretical calculation methods.[Findings]The results show that adopting a three stage design scheme for the tunnel exit can meet the ventilation requirements in the tunnel;the air duct made of PVC reinforced vinylon cloth air duct and zipper joint can effectively reduce the air leakage rate,and appropriately increasing the diameter of the air duct can significantly reduce the impact of wind resistance.[Con⁃clusions]The research results can provide reference for the safety construction of similar projects.
