高校实验室安全管理及污染防控

Safety Management and Pollution Prevention Control of University Laboratory

[目的]高校实验室涉及的污染物种类多、成分复杂。实验过程中所产生的“废气、废液和废渣”及其相应的污染物处理和安全质量把控亟待加强。[方法]从高校实验室污染物合理处理处置、危险化学品管控、实验设备安全风险等角度提出安全管控和污染防控对策。[结果]通过规范高校实验室危险化学品安全管理能够合理解决三废污染。[结论]需构建高校实验室污染防控及安全管理体系,从而实现实验室的高效安全管控与污染治理。

[Purposes]University laboratories involve a variety of pollutants with complex components.The treatment and safety quality contor of'waste gas,waste liquid and waste residue'generated during the experiment and their corresponding pollutant need to be strengthened.[Methods]The safety control and pollution prevention and control countermeasures were put forward from the perspectives of reasonable treatment and disposal of pollutants in university laboratories,control of hazardous chemicals and safety risks of experimental equipment.[Findings]The three wastes pollution can be reasonably solved by standardizing the safety management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories.[Conclusions]It is necessary to construct the pollution prevention and control and safety management system of university laboratories,so as to realize the efficient safety control and pollution control of laboratories.
