新形势下河南产业结构升级研究--基于技术创新的视角

Research on the Upgrading of Henan Industrial Structure Under the New Situation——Based on the Perspective of Technological Innovation

[目的]产业结构是河南省产业政策的重点问题,新形势下,技术创新更加凸显为产业结构发展的核心驱动力。[方法]本研究针对新形势下河南省产业结构升级及技术创新发展现状,研究技术创新促进产业结构升级的相关机理。[结果]根据分析结果,提出促进河南省产业结构升级的相关政策建议。[结论]提高研发投入强度、推动技术创新成果化、完善区域合作机制、人才跨市场流动等相关对策,对于产业的长远发展具有重要意义。

[Purposes]Industrial structure is the key issue of industrial policy in Henan Province.Under the new situation,technological innovation serves more as the core driving force of industrial structure development.[Methods]In view of the current situation of industrial structure upgrading and technological innovation development in Henan Province under the new situation,this paper studies the relevant mechanism of technological innovation promoting industrial structure upgrading.[Findings]According to the analysis results,relevant policy recommendations were put forward to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Henan Province.[Conclusions]These measures include increasing the intensity of R&D investment,promoting the achievement of technological innovation,improving the regional cooperation mechanism,and the cross-market flow of talents,which are of great significance to the long-term development of the industry.
