积极老龄化视角下老年人网络参与研究

Research on the Internet Participation of the Elderly from thePerspective of Active Aging

随着我国社会人口老龄化进程的加快,积极应对人口老龄化已经成为我国的一项重要国家战略。“参与”是积极老龄化理论框架中的三大支柱之一,鼓励老年人积极参与各种各样的社会活动,保持老年群体活力,以助推积极老龄化的实现。在网络信息技术发展迅猛的现代社会,老年人接触、使用网络不可避免。因此,本文将研究目光聚焦于老年人网络参与,通过分析老年人网络参与现状,发现老年人的网络参与存在老年数字鸿沟,老年人网络安全意识薄弱,老年人网络参与能力较低的问题。在此基础上,针对问题挖掘其原因并提出建设数字包容性老龄社会,构建老年友好型网络环境,提升老年人网络参与素养来促进老年人网络参与,以期为积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的落实与推进提供经验借鉴。

With the acceleration of the aging of China's social population,actively responding to population aging has become an important national strategy in China."Participation"is one of the three pillars in the theoretical framework of active aging,encouraging the elderly to actively participate in various social activities,maintaining the vitality of the elderly group,and promoting the realization of active aging.In the modern society with the rapid development of network information technology,it is inevitable for the elderly to contact and use the network.Therefore,this paper focuses on the online participation of the elderly,and by analyzing the current situation of the online participation of the elderly,it is found that there is a digital gap in the online participation of the elderly,the weak awareness of online security of the elderly,and the low ability of the elderly to participate in the Internet.On this basis,the reasons for the problems are explored,and the construction of a digital inclusive aging society,the construction of an age-friendly network environment,and the improvement of the online participation literacy of the elderly to promote the online participation of the elderly are proposed,in order to provide experience for the implementation and promotion of the national strategy to actively cope with the aging of the population.
