乡村振兴背景下安徽省县域经济发展路径研究--基于TOE框架的fs-QCA分析

Research on Paths of County-Level Economy Development in Anhui Province in the Context of Rural Revitalization:An Analysis of fs-QCA Based on TOE Framework

党的二十大对于推进乡村振兴战略进行了深刻论述和全面部署,县域经济发展是我国乡村振兴战略推进的关键着力点。如何使县域经济发展更加契合乡村振兴战略的深层内涵,是各级政府亟待解决的重要问题。文章基于“技术-组织-环境”(TOE)分析框架,结合县域经济发展的前因条件,运用fs-QCA方法,分析安徽省各县域经济发展背后的驱动机制。研究发现:单一条件均不单独构成县域经济高水平发展的必要条件;存在4种组态路径能够实现县域经济高水平发展;前因条件之间存在潜在替代关系。

County-level Economy Development the key focus point for the promotion of China's rural revitalization strategy.How to make County-level Economy Development more suitable for the deep connotation of rural revitalization strategy is an important issue that governments at all levels need to solve urgently.Based on the analysis framework of"technology-organization-environment"(TOE),combined with the antecedents of the development of county economy,this paper uses the fs-QCA method to analyze the driving mechanism behind the development of county economy in Anhui Province,and refines the configuration path of high-quality development of county economy in Anhui Province.The research shows that:single conditions do not constitute the necessary conditions for the high-level development of county economy alone;There are four configuration paths that can realize the high-level development of county economy;There is a potential substitution relationship between antecedent conditions.The research conclusions of this paper are conducive to deepening the understanding of the complexity of the multiple factors behind the development of county economy,and bring effective practical enlightenment for the construction of county economy.
