文旅融合高质量发展水平测度及其驱动因素分析

On Measurements and Driving Factors of Integrated High-Quality Development of Culture and Tourism

在探讨文化和旅游融合发展理论框架的基础上,构建了基于“资源-产品-产业”三层次的文旅融合高质量发展评价模型。运用熵权法测度评价安徽省文旅融合高质量发展水平,并采用地理探测器分析了其空间分异的驱动因素,结果显示:安徽省文旅融合高质量发展存在空间差异,整体水平偏低,少数重点城市取得了高质量的发展;各维度发展指数与总发展指数不尽相同,存在文旅融合各层次不均衡发展的现象;消费能力、人力资本、技术创新、市场化改革以及政府规制共同驱动文旅融合高质量发展,其中市场化改革是关键因素之一,起到催化剂的作用。

Based on the theoretical framework of integrated development of culture and tourism,the paper constructs a high-quality development evaluation model of cultural and tourism integration at three levels of"resource-product-industry",use Entropy-Weight method to measure and evaluate the high-quality development level of cultural and tourism integration in Anhui Province and the driving factors of its spatial differentiation are analyzed by Geographical detector.The results are showed as follows:There are spatial differences in the high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration in Anhui Province,the overall has a low level of development,and a few key cities have achieved high-quality development;The development index of each dimension and the total index are not the same,and there is a phenomenon of unbalanced development of cultural and tourism integration;Consumption power,human capital,technological innovation,market-oriented reform and government regulation jointly drive the high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration.Among them,market-oriented reform is one of the key factors and acts as a catalyst.
