乡村振兴战略背景下农村生态文明建设测度及敛散性研究--以长三角地区为例

On Measurement and Convergence of Rural Ecological Civilization Construction Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy:A Case Study of Yangtze River Delta

在以生态文明建设引领新时代乡村振兴、构建各地区农村生态文明建设协同推进的新发展格局下,文章通过构建农村生态文明发展综合评价体系,采用空间计量模型,实证检验了我国长三角地区三省一市2010—2019年农村生态文明建设水平、空间相关性以及敛散性。研究发现,长三角地区整体的农村生态文明发展水平显著提升,但各地区之间仍存在差异,也基本稳定在没有低水平发展区的局面下。长三角地区的农村生态文明建设具有显著的σ收敛和条件β收敛,但并未存在显著的绝对β收敛特征。其中,经济发展、农业产业化和基础设施水平对农村生态文明发展起显著正向作用,并基于结论提出相关政策建议。

The the construction of ecological civilization leads the country revitalization of the new era,constructing regional rural ecological civilization construction coordination to promote the development of new pattern,this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation of the development of rural ecological civilization system,using spatial econometric model,the empirical test four provinces of Yangtze river delta region in our country from 2010 to 2019 rural ecological civilization construction level,spatial correlation and divergence.It is found that the overall development level of rural ecological civilization in the Yangtze River Delta region has been significantly improved,but there are still differences among different regions,and the situation is basically stable without low-level development areas.The construction of rural ecological civilization in the Yangtze River Delta region has significantσconvergence and conditionalβconvergence,that is,the final convergence to their respective steady state level,but there is no significant absoluteβconvergence.Among them,the level of economic development,agricultural industrialization and infrastructure have a significant positive effect on the development of rural ecological civilization.
