制造业生产效率对二氧化碳排放的影响效应研究

Research on the Effects of Manufacturing Productivity on Carbon Dioxide Emissions

选取2000—2019年省级面板数据,实证分析了制造业生产效率对二氧化碳排放的影响效应。研究发现:制造业生产效率与二氧化碳排放呈现“倒U型”关系。机制分析表明,制造业生产效率对二氧化碳排放的影响主要有产业结构和能源消费结构两个渠道,且对多数省份来说,能源消费结构渠道在中介效应中扮演主要的角色。因此,国家应推动制造业智能化、数字化,提高制造业全员劳动生产率,优化产业结构和能源消费结构,以实现二氧化碳减排目标。

Using provincial panel data from 2000 to 2019,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the effect of manufacturing productivity on carbon dioxide emissions.The study finds that the relationship between manufacturing productivity and carbon dioxide emissions is a"inverted U-shaped"curve.The mechanism analysis shows that the impact of manufacturing productivity on carbon dioxide emissions is mainly through two channels:industrial structure and energy consumption structure,and for most provinces,the energy consumption structure channel plays a major role in the mediating effect.Therefore,China should promote the intelligence and digitalization of the manufacturing industry,improve the productivity of all manufacturing workers and optimize the industrial structure and energy consumption structure in order to achieve carbon dioxide emission reduction targets.
