科技创新与区域经济高质量发展耦合协调研究--以安徽省为例

A Study on the Coupling and Coordination Between Scientific and Technological Innovation and High Quality Development of Regional Economy: A Case Study of Anhui Province

文章基于2011—2020年安徽省数据,采用熵权法与CRITIC法组合赋权,利用耦合协调度、标准差椭圆等模型探究安徽省16个市的科技创新与经济高质量发展间耦合关系及空间演化特征,并利用GM(1,1)预测未来五年安徽省各市科技创新与经济高质量发展间耦合关系。结果表明:安徽省科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调度在2011—2020年持续上升,两者之间驱动效应明显;安徽省科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调性标准差椭圆重心整体向东南方向移动,空间分布不均衡,呈现“南高北低、东高西低”的格局。预测未来五年安徽省16市科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调度将均有提高,合肥市会遥遥领先,阜阳发展潜力较大。

Based on the data of Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020,It uses entropy weight method and critical method to combine weights,used coupling coordination,standard deviation ellipse and other models to explore the coupling relationship between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in 16 cities of Anhui Province and the spatial evolution characteristics,and finally uses GM(1,1)to predict the coupling relationship between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in all cities of Anhui Province in the next five years.The results show that:1)the coupling coordination degree between the overall scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in Anhui province continued to rise from 2011 to 2020,and the driving effect between science and technology and high-quality development was obvious;2)The elliptical center of gravity of the coupling coordination standard deviation between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in Anhui Province moves to the southeast as a whole,and the spatial distribution is uneven,showing a pattern of"high in the south,low in the north,high in the East and low in the west";3)In the next five years,the coupling and coordination between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in 16 cities of Anhui Province will be improved.Hefei is far ahead,and Fuyang has great development potential.
