“课证融合”视阈下应用型本科人才培养模式探索--以铜陵学院税收学专业为例 被引量:1

On Exploration of the Training Mode of Applied Undergraduate Talents from the Perspective of "Course-Certificate Integration":Taking the Taxation Major of Tongling University as an Example

摘要 “双证书”和“1+X证书”制度是国家实现学历教育与职业教育相统一的重要制度设计,“学历证书”和“职业证书”是否有机衔接在于“课”和“证”能否高效融合。文章以铜陵学院为例,分析税收学专业“课证融合”的实践和成效,认为“课证融合”是提高应用型人才培养质量和就业质量的有效模式。然而,现阶段该模式还存在着不足,尚未发挥出其在应用型人才培养方面的最大效益,据此提出各层面协同和多元主体参与、应用型本科教育与职业教育紧密结合;完善教师推行“课证融合”的激励机制;建立课程“进退增减”机制等对策,进而真正培养出高素质应用型技术技能人才,以解决当前应用型本科教育培养能力不足的问题。 The"Double Certificate"and"1+X Certificate"system are the country's important system designed to realize the unification of academic education and vocational education.The organic connection between"academic certificate"and"vocational certificate"depends on the efficient integration of"course"and"certificate".In this paper,taking Tongling College as an example,the practice and effect of"course-certificate integration"of the tax major were analyzed to study the fact that"course-certificate integration"is an effective model to improve the quality of applied talents training and employment.However,this model still has shortcomings at the current stage,and has not yet exerted its maximum benefit in the applied talents training.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as coordination at all levels and participation of multiple subjects,close combination of applied undergraduate education and vocational education,improvement of the incentive mechanism for teachers to implement"curriculum card integration",and establishment of the mechanism of"advance and retreat increase and decrease"of curriculum.It is to truly cultivate high-quality application-oriented technical and skilled personnel,and solve the current application-oriented undergraduate education training ability problem.
