摘要
马精液冷冻保存对于提高马的繁殖效率具有重要意义。冷冻保存稀释液是影响精液保存效果的重要因素。文章介绍了马精液冷冻保存稀释液及其主要组成成分的研究现状,旨在为马精液冷冻保存稀释液的进一步研究提供参考,以期促进马冷冻精液的产业化发展。
Stallion semen cryopreservation has great significance for enhancing the reproductive efficiency of horses.The extender composition is a crucial factor that affects the quality of cryopreserved semen.This review summarized the current research progress on stallion semen cryopreservation extenders and their main components,aiming to provide some references for further studies and facilitate the industrialization of frozen stallion semen.
