摘要
促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)是下丘脑分泌的十肽神经激素,在哺乳动物生殖活动中起着重要的调节作用。GnRH免疫去势是利用外源性GnRH刺激动物机体产生大量的GnRH特异性抗体,引起生殖内分泌系统平衡失调,改变下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴间的正常反馈调节关系,减少生殖激素的合成与释放,从而达到免疫去势的目的。文章综述了GnRH免疫对动物生殖轴的影响,动物下丘脑-垂体-肌肉/骨骼生长轴的调控过程,对动物生长的影响和T(睾酮)对动物生殖、生长的影响,以期为进一步研究GnRH免疫去势调控绵羊下丘脑-垂体-肌肉生长轴的机制提供参考。
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)is a decapeptide neurohormone secreted by hypothalamus,which plays an important role in the regulation of mammalian reproductive activity.Actively immunizing male animal with exogenous gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH)can stimulate the production of a large number of GnRH specific antibodies in their body,causing imbalance in the reproductive endocrine system,altering the normal feedback regulation relationship between the hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis,reducing the synthesis and secretion of reproductive hormones,and terminating the occurrence of gametes,thereby achieving the goal of immune castration.This paper reviewed the research progress of effects of GnRH immunization on animal reproductive axis,regulatory process of animal hypothalamus pituitary muscle/bone growth axis,effects of GnRH immunization on animal growth,and testosterone had direct and/or indirect effects on animal reproduction and growth.With a view to provides reference for further research on the mechanism of gonadotropin-releasing hormone immunocastration regulation in hypothalamic-pituitary-muscle growth axis in sheep.
