全株玉米青贮对南阳黄牛生长性能、养分消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Whole Corn Silage on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestibility and Rumen Fermentation Parameters of Nanyang Yellow Cattle

摘要 为探讨全株玉米青贮对南阳黄牛生长性能、养分消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响,选取6月龄左右健康的南阳黄牛60头(体重281.07 kg),随机分为3组,每组20头,分别饲喂玉米秸秆黄贮饲料(对照组)、全株玉米秸秆青贮饲料(试验Ⅰ组)、添加剂全株玉米秸秆青贮饲料(试验Ⅱ组),预试期10 d,正试期120 d。试验结束后测定试验牛的生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及瘤胃发酵参数。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的日增重均极显著提高(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组的日增重也极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。试验Ⅱ组的干物质采食量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但与试验Ⅰ组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的料重比均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组的料重比也极显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组的粗蛋白和磷的表观消化率均极显著提高(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组的粗蛋白和磷的表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组的中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组的瘤胃液乙酸、丙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上说明,全株玉米青贮的饲喂效果优于玉米秸秆黄贮,可以有效地提高南阳黄牛的生长性能和营养物质利用率,促进瘤胃发酵,尤以添加剂全株玉米青贮效果最佳。 In order to explore the effects of whole plant corn silage on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility and rumen fermentation parameters of Nanyang cattle,60 aged about 6 months healthy Nanyang Yellow cattle(weighing 281.07 kg)were randomly divided into three groups,20 in each group,and were fed with corn straw yellow silage(control group),whole plant corn straw silage(group I),and additive whole plant corn straw silage(group II).The pre trial period was 10 days,and the trial period was 120 days.After the testing,the production performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,and rumen fermentation parameters of the experimental cattle were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the daily average weight gain of group I and group II were significantly increased(P<0.01),and group II was significantly higher than group I(P<0.01).The dry matter intake of group I was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference between group I and group II.The feed to weight ratio of group I and group II were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),and group II was significantly lower than group I(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibilitys of crude protein and phosphorus in group II were significantly increased(P<0.01),while in group I,crude protein and phosphorus were significantly increased(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of acidic detergent fibers in group II was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between group I and the control group.The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fibers in group II was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The acetic acid,propionic acid,and total volatile fatty acids in the gastric juice of group II were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment,whole plant corn silage is superior to corn straw yellow silage,which can effectively improve the growth performance and nutrient utilization rate of Nanyang Yellow cattle,promote rumen fermentation,and the additive whole plant corn silage has the best effect.
