原麝基因区和基因间隔区微卫星分布规律及其功能分析 被引量:1

摘要 原麝Moschus moschiferus为国家一级重点野生保护动物,本文利用R脚本和TBtools提取原麝基因组中不同区域,包括5’端非翻译区(5’UTR)、3’端非翻译区(3’UTR)、外显子区、内含子区和基因间隔区的序列,统计和分析了微卫星(SSR)的分布规律、特征和功能。原麝基因组中SSR重复拷贝类别数量较多的是A、AC、AT、ACC、ACG、AGG、AAAC和AACTG。5’UTR中的三碱基丰度最高,3’UTR、基因间隔区、外显子区和内含子区均是单碱基最丰富。5’UTR含SSR的编码基因参与多生物体细胞膜组织、细胞骨架的结构成分、有丝分裂纺锤体的形成等功能;3’UTR含SSR的编码基因主要参与跨膜反应、转移酶复合物、基因结合等功能。本研究旨在探索原麝全基因组基因间隔区和编码区SSR分布规律及其生物学功能,为原麝分子标记及其遗传多样性研究提供科学依据。 Siberian musk deer(Moschus moschiferus)is a classⅠnationally key protected animal of China.In the study,R script and TBtools were used to screen the microsatellite sequences(SSRs)from different regions,such as the 5’untranslated regions(5’UTRs),3’untranslated regions(3’UTRs),exon,intron and intergenic regions of M.moschiferus genome.The distributional regularity and sequence feature of the SSRs were analyzed.The results showed that the repeat copy categories of A,AC,AT,ACC,ACG,AGG,AAAC and AACTG were abundant in the genome.In the 5’UTRs,trinucleotide SSRs were the most abundant.In the 3’UTRs,exon,intronic,and intergenic regions,mononucleotide SSR was the most abundant.The encoding genes of SSRs in the 5’UTRs were involved in the regulation of membrane tissue,cytoskeleton structure and mitotic spindle formation in multiple organisms,while those in the 3’UTRs were mainly involved in transmembrane reactions,transferase complexes and gene binding.This study explores the distribution of SSRs and its biological functions in the intragenic and intergenic regions of the whole genome of M.moschiferus,and provides scientific basis for further investigating the molecular markers and genetic diversity of M.moschiferus.
