This study attempts to adjust the physical training load of fencing athletes according to the monitoring results of their repeated squat jump speed, and to reveal the relationship between the monitoring results and the general and special strength and conditioning.Methods:13 male fencers(7 Saber and 6 Epee fencers)were monitored for 10 repeated squat jumps for period of three months, and the training load of the athletes was adjusted according to the real-time monitoring results.1RM squat, squat relative strength, vertical jump,30-meter sprint,30-second double swing rope skipping,t-test,5-10-5 agility test, and 3000-meter endurance run test were administered before and after the experiment. The fencing athletes showed significant differences in improvement in 1RM squats, squat relative strength,30-second double swing rope skipping, and 3000-meter endurance run. Conclusion:The strength and conditioning training adjusted based on the scientific data monitoring of repeated squat jump speed has a positive effect on improving the general and special strength and conditioning profile of fencing athletes, ensuring the synchronous growth of strength and aerobic capacity. Therefore,it can be used as routine monitoring method to improve the effect of training.
