摘要
轮带在运动中会产生一定的偏摆,影响回转窑的稳定运行。通过使用激光测距仪测量轮带偏摆量,将窑筒体的一个回转周期32等分,取一圈中每段距离的平均值,采用最小二分法计算轮带偏摆量。根据计算结果,分析轮带偏摆产生的原因,监测筒体温度变化和轮带/托轮的不均匀磨损,进行轮带处筒体更换和轮带在线修磨等调整,使轮带偏摆量恢复正常,确保回转窑长期稳定运行。
The tire produces a certain degree of deflection during movement,which affects the stable operation of the rotary kiln.By using the laser rangefinder to measure the belt deflection,it divides a rotation cycle of the kiln shell into 32 equal parts,takes the average value of each distance in a circle,and calculates the belt deflection using the minimum dichotomy method.Based on the calculation results,it analyzes the causes of tire deflection,monitors the temperature changes of the cylinder and uneven wear of the tire/supporting wheel,replaces the cylinder at the tire and adjusts the online grinding of the tire to restore normal tire deflection and ensures long-term stable operation of the rotary kiln.
