摘要
国内某6 000t/d水泥熟料生产线实施了预热器降阻、分解炉扩容、分级燃烧和整体更换成第四代中置辊式破碎机冷却机等一系列改造实践。改造后,窑系统各项运行指标均有明显提升,分级燃烧结合SNCR脱硝系统实现了NO_(X)<50mg/Nm~3的超低排放,脱硝氨水(浓度20%)用量约3.6kg/t,达到了预期效果。
A 6 000t/d cement clinker production line in China implemented a series of transformation practices such as preheater resistance reduction,calciner volume expansion,staged combustion and overall replacement with a fourth-generation intermediate roller crusher cooler.After the renovation,all the operating indexes of the kiln system were significantly improved,and the graded combustion combined with SNCR denitrification system achieved the ultra-low emission of NO_X50mg/Nm~3,and the amount of denitrification ammonia(concentration 20%) was about 3.6kg/t,which achieved the expected effect.
